ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Not happy with your purchase online and wish to return - no problem, simply return to us, UNWORN and we will arrange for a refund in keeping with the details below
You have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to you or your postal depot to tell us of your intention to return your item and thus cancelling your order with us.

You then have a further 14 days from that date to return the item. As a small business, it is not possible to accept any returns after this time period.
Our policy is consistent with your statutory rights.
If your item is later than received back to our office later than 14 days from the date you cancelled then only a credit note can be provided.
Please return your item unworn and returned in the same condition it was received (with any labels still intact) and we reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition.
You are responsible for the return postage cost and we recommend you return your item to us recorded post to ensure safe return of your item and proof of your return as we cannot provide refunds for items that do not return safely to us.
Once we have received the Products and provided they are still in the original condition with all labels still attached, we will refund the total price you have paid for the Products on the card you paid, within 14 days of our decision to refund you and processing you your refund . Please allow up to 14 days for the return of monies to you original payment method upon receipt of confirmation email of your refund due processing times between your payment provider/bank and ours
