Size and Fit
- I have saw a dress on your website that I love but I know its too big for me, do you do alterations? At this point time we only offer alterations for customers in Liverpool but if you are considering buying one of our dresses that is not in keeping with your usual fit, please contact our Style Adviser overdressvintage@gmail.com for advice before you buy
- I am worried my dress might not fit or suit me? At Overdress Vintage we do our best to describe our dresses as accurately as possible and include additional measurements as well as our own sizing estimate. If you find your dress is not the right fit for you, you can return your dress for a full refund, minus the original delivery charge your paid.

Q: What is the return policy for UK orders? A: You have 14 days from the day of delivery or attempted delivery to cancel your return. After cancellation, you have up to 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 to 14 working days to process.
Q: Do I need to pay for the return postage? A: Yes, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund? A: Once we receive the item in its original condition, your return will be processed within 3 working days. You will receive a notification confirming the acceptance of your return and the refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of return.
Q: Will the original shipping charges be refunded? A: No, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Q: Can I return an item after the 14-day period? A: No, as a small business, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period.
Q: What happens if I don't cancel my order within the 14-day cancellation period? A: If you fail to cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, we cannot honor a request for a refund.
Q: Can I return an item that is not in its original condition? A: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in its original condition. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition you received it.
Q: How should I arrange a return? A: Please email us at hello@overdressvintage.com to notify your order cancellation request for a return. We will provide you with our return address.
Q: Can I exchange an item? A: No, we do not offer exchanges.
Q: What happens if my item is lost or missing? A: If your item has not been confirmed as delivered within 14 working days for the UK and Ireland (21 days for the EU and the rest of the world), we consider it lost. Please make sure to use a tracked and insured service for shipping.
Q: What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it? A: In cases where the package is marked as delivered with tracking, we will not issue refunds. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are stolen after being confirmed as delivered by our delivery service.
Q: What should I do if my shipping or billing address is incorrect? A: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping and billing addresses at the time of purchase. Double-check all information before making a payment.
