Vintage Scottish Tartan Cape

Vintage Scottish Tartan Cape from an estate in Aberdeenshire in excellent condition and looks fantastic on, perfect for layering super and wearing over the holiday season, it has story it in that it was purchased in the year the monarch died, we aquired a selection of heritage pieces and was asked in lieu of payment to make a donation to the British Heart Foundation, to which I paid the going rate for these vintage items had they been bought in the usual way and thought this was unusual but thought nothing more of it.  Shortly after we read from an excerpt concerning the late Queens wardrobe, that a proportion of her clothing was donated to charity.  Given that it was confirmed the monarch died of heart related issues and the provenance of the garment you do have to wonder.... could this be ?

The plaid print works with well styled with all black on the bottom to bring out the focus on the tartan and goes wonderfully together with tan leather or patent accessories, shoes and bag and a fedora hat for seasonal chic style.
