Vintage1980s Louis Louis Feraud Statement Jacket

This is a spectacular specimen on an 80s print statement jacket in the style of Y S L , the bright colours emulating the cubist and colours of morocco that he loved of the time with punctuated with bright gold Schiaparelli surrealist style buttons. The parisienne lux feel of the jacket is further enhanced with the gold lame cord thread. The cut is beautiful. The shoulders have been restored and bolstered with new shoulder pads and a touch of padding in them and the sleeves are slightly cropped at the sleeve The print really is really what makes this piece such a show stopper, it is a mix of primary colours in pink blue, red and black in a cubist style.  The fabric a lightweight making it easy to wear all year round and perfect for evening wear. Examples of prints such as this are extremely rare and Louis Feraud was an excellent french designer producing excellent collectable vintage representing the in vogue look of the time harnessed by Yves,  An investment and a forever vintage piece for your wardrobe.

Condition: Gently worn, some light tarnish on the final button but this is not noticable
