Shipping and Delivery
Our priority is to deliver your item to you in the best quality and shortest time possible and as our items are vintage and are subject to the strictest quality control we feel 2/3 days dispatch is required in order to meet our quality standard. During busy periods this can move to 4 days. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible but if your need is urgent please get in touch, we are always happy to help and can offer a courier with next day delivery should the need arise
Our office is closed on a Monday so any orders placed at the weekend or on a Monday will ship commencing on Tuesday and the following day respectively.
Orders made before 12.00pm using the Next Day Delivery Guaranteed (GMT) Delivery for Europe and The Rest of the World will be dispatched that day.e
Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be placed on the next working day, which is Tuesday.
We offer the following delivery services from you to choose from, all using the Post Office (which is the UK main postal provider).
CLICK AND COLLECT service is available for Liverpool clients only. Collection is from our Studio in West Derby and this is FREE - the collection address at a later point after your order is confirmed.
UK Standard Delivery is £4.35 and takes 3 working days for most postcodes and the maximum time is 5 days from when the item is shipped This is not a tracked service. However if your need is urgent do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you and dispatch sooner
Next Working Day Delivery is £5.55 and a tracked service and takes 24 hours for most codes and the maximum in some cases is 2 days from when t he item is shipped. However if your need is urgent do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you and dispatch sooner.
Next Day Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm is £10.00 available for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday. £10.00 and this is a guaranteed courier next day service delivered to you by 1PM the following working excluding weekends.
FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE RECIEVED FREE DELIVERY AND SUBSEQUENTLY RETURNED FOR A REFUND - THE COST OF THE FREE DELIVERY POSTAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND

If you are not home to receive the goods, the Post Office will leave a red card or a courier for you to rearrange or collect at your local depot.
In the event that you're not at the shipping address to sign for your parcel at the time it's delivered, a red card will be left or you to collect the parcel from your local depot or rearrange a second deliver.
Any parcels returned to us due to non collection will need to require additional payment for it to be a sent out again. Sadly as a small company we cannot pay for delivery.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Deliveries to countries in the EU and the rest of the world may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and as the customer, you will be responsible for this. It is advisable to check with your local customs office for further details on charging policies as this can vary from country to country.
Any parcels returned to us due to non payment of duties will incur reasonable shipping costs and will be deducted from any refund of monies.
