Shipping and Delivery
Our priority is to deliver your item to you in the best quality and shortest time possible. To take into account the provision of our current delivery service provider and ensure our items are subject to the strictest quality control is required our shipping days are now confined to
Tuesday and Thursday
and within 2/3 working days of that order being placed (unless agreed in advance)
In the case of Klarna payments, despatch can be 3/4 days as Klarna payments take longer to reach us from Klarna .As a small company we cannot despatch orders without receiving payment from your chose provide and average this can be 2 days for most payments.
We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible but if your need is urgent please get in touch, we are always happy to help and can offer a courier with next day delivery should the need arise in some cases.

UK DELIVERY
UK Delivery is £4.95 and takes 1/2working days for most postcodes but averages 24 hours. This is a tracked service. To ensure safe delivery we use Royal Mails premium service
if your need is urgent do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you and dispatch sooner..
FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE RECIEVED FREE DELIVERY AND SUBSEQUENTLY RETURNED FOR A REFUND - THE COST OF THE FREE DELIVERY POSTAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND

If you are not home to receive the goods, the Post Office will leave a red card or a courier for you to rearrange or collect at your local depot.
In the event that you're not at the shipping address to sign for your parcel at the time it's delivered, a red card will be left or you to collect the parcel from your local depot or rearrange a second delivery.
Any parcels returned to us due to non collection will need to require additional payment for it to be a sent out again. Sadly as a small company we cannot pay for re delivery.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
We will always try to do our best to package our goods to help our customers have a smooth transit and prevent stoppages or delay by customs, However deliveries to countries in the EU and the rest of the world may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and as the customer, you will be responsible for this. It is advisable to check with your local customs office for further details on charging policies as this can vary from country to country.
Any parcels returned to us due to non payment of duties will incur reasonable shipping costs and will be deducted from any refund of monies.
At present our current dispatch days are Tuesday and Thursday and our preferred carrier is Royal Mail but sometimes this may vary depending on availability and the time of year. During Christmas we will be shipping as quickly as possible
