Originally produced in the late 1980s, this oversized gingham blazer has been transformed under the Overdress Vintage Redefined label—a sister brand redefining vintage with a demi-couture twist. The structure remains true to the sharp tailoring of the era, but is dramatically enhanced through an architectural cascade of deep crimson organza. Unlike simple trim or placement embellishments, this piece features multiple rows of ruffled organza, layered densely from shoulder to hem in sculptural folds that create both volume and fluidity. The effect is one of maximal impact, balanced against the classic gingham base.
